Payment Services Fee Schedule

STANDARD PRICING
| Card Payments | 3.2% + $0.25 per transaction |
| ACH Payments | 1% + $0.25 per transaction ($15 maximum per transaction) |
| Pool Brain Payments Monthly Fee | $20 per month, prorated upon activation and billed with the monthly Pool Brain subscription renewal. |
Standard Pricing. The rates shown above are Pool Brain’s standard rates. Customer-specific rates may apply if separately approved by Pool Brain and presented to Customer during enrollment or otherwise communicated by Pool Brain.
Surcharging. The current surcharge-enabled percentage processing rate is 3.0%. If Customer’s otherwise applicable percentage Card Payments rate is equal to or greater than 3.0%, Customer’s existing percentage rate continues to apply. If Customer’s otherwise applicable percentage Card Payments rate is below 3.0%, the 3.0% surcharge-enabled percentage processing rate applies while the Surcharge Feature is enabled. Fixed per-transaction fees, special transaction rates, and other applicable charges continue to apply.
PREMIUM FUNDING SERVICES

| Manually Entered Card Payment | 3.5% + $0.25 per transaction |
Applies when card information is manually entered by the merchant for an immediate one-time payment. Does not apply to subsequent payments using a stored card on file.
CARD DISPUTE / CHARGEBACK FEES

| Card Dispute Countered Fee | $15 per countered dispute |
If a dispute is countered, both fees apply. The $15 Card Dispute Countered Fee is refunded if the dispute is won.
ACH FEES

REFUNDS
| Refunds | No additional refund fee. Original processing fees are not refunded. |
