Industry-first collaboration enables pool service companies to automatically monitor remote data directly in Pool Brain

Water chemistry readings, water temp, and pump flow data are transmitted from Waterguru’s device which is installed as easily as swapping out a skimmer lid. The data is then stored in Pool Brain for the associated body of water and works seamlessly with Pool Brain’s existing workflows, graphs, alerts dashboard and more.

Waterguru delivers a true chlorine reading instead of using ORP, the device can be installed by anyone in a few minutes without tools, the homeowner isn’t needed to activate any features, and flow is monitored in addition to chemistry. Both water chemistry and flow are critical to prevent pools from turning green.

With Waterguru’s remote data and Pool Brain’s proactive alerts system, pool service companies can be alerted automatically and act quickly before the customer is aware of any problem. Vital Stats Are Automatically Tracked

Battery life and testing days remaining before cartridge needs to be replaced are auto-updated each day and visible any time. Notes and photos can also be stored for easy reference.

Readings, Temp and Flow Data Sent Daily

Data is received each day from each WaterGuru device and is displayed on graphs as hollow circles (route stops/jobs are solid dots).

Hide or Show Remote Data with a Click

Hide/show remote data points on graphs and navigate to any "Remote Data" page by clicking the corresponding point on any graph.

Get Alerts Automatically

Know immediately when a critical reading like flow or chlorine requires attention between visits (never be blamed for a green pool again). Alerts can be dismissed by office staff directly in the dashboard. You can also choose to have email(s) sent when an alert triggers.

Customize Alert Triggers

Choose the conditions for any alert to be triggered and whether it should be triggered from remote data. (alerts from jobs/route stops trigger either way)

WaterGuru Specific Alerts

Know when the WaterGuru is out of the water, the pump isn't running, battery life is low or if it's time to replace the testing cartridge. You can customize the parameters for these alerts and others.

Replacing a Cartridge Takes Seconds

Cartridge life will vary based on how often you have readings scheduled (minimum is once daily) and which cartridge model you use. When it comes time to replace, Pool Brain alerts you and you just click another one in.
